Swish provides native Shopify Flow triggers that fire when saved products change in availability or price. You can use these triggers to build automation workflows directly in Shopify - send notifications, tag customers, update metafields, or connect to any Flow-compatible app.

Available triggers

Swish provides three Flow triggers:

Trigger data

Each trigger includes product, customer, variant, and metadata fields you can use in your workflow conditions and actions.

Product and customer

Every trigger includes the full Shopify Product and Customer objects. You can access all standard Shopify fields - product tags, vendor, customer email, order history, and more - directly in your workflow conditions and actions.

Variant

The selected variant at the time the customer saved the product. Contains pricing, inventory status, and option data.

Metadata

Additional context about the event. The shape depends on the trigger type. Back in stock and low in stock triggers include inventory data:
Price drop triggers include pricing data:

How to use the data

  • Send targeted notifications - use the customer and product data to send personalized emails when a saved product drops in price or comes back in stock.
  • Tag and segment customers - automatically tag customers based on wishlist activity, then use those tags in Shopify or your marketing platform.
  • Connect to other apps - chain Swish triggers with any Flow-compatible app action to build custom workflows.
