Swish sends wishlist and saved item events to Attentive as custom events tied to the customer’s subscriber profile. You can use these events to trigger journeys, personalize messages, and re-engage customers based on their saved items.

What Swish sends

Swish sends all standard integration events to Attentive, including:
  • product_saved and product_unsaved - when a customer saves or removes a product
  • saved_product_back_in_stock - when a saved product becomes available again
  • saved_product_low_stock - when inventory drops below the configured threshold
  • saved_product_price_drop - when the price of a saved product decreases
  • saved_items_activity - when a customer interacts with saved items (once per session)
Each event includes the full product event payload with product details, variant data, pricing, and the customer’s localization context.

How to use the data

  • Trigger journeys from wishlist events - send a personalized SMS when a saved product drops in price or comes back in stock.
  • Build segments based on wishlist engagement - target subscribers who actively save products or who have items on their list.
  • Drive conversions by pairing Swish events with Attentive’s two-way messaging to nudge customers toward purchasing saved items.
