After achieving a seamless go live on a short timeline, Brand Collective's customers quickly commenced utilising the Wishlist.

With the feature now working perfectly, the BC team can turn their attention to driving customer value and satisfaction use the Swish feature set.

Together, the teams at Swish and Brand Collective continue to refine the Wishlist experience across their house of brands.

With Pre Order and Coming Soon product lines becoming more common, Swish has applied Brand Collectives business logic to ensure that customer add to cart states are reflected across the Wishlist.

By integrating Swish with Klaviyo, BC are able to send personalised Wishlist product availability and price notifications to their customers, putting customer satisfaction and revenue on auto pilot.
