# Ometria

> Send Swish wishlist events to Ometria for customer data and marketing automation.

Swish sends wishlist and saved item events to Ometria as custom events on the customer record. You can use these events to trigger automation campaigns, enrich customer profiles, and improve segmentation with wishlist behavior data.

## What Swish sends

Swish sends all standard [integration events](https://swish.app/docs/integrations/integration-events.md) to Ometria, including:

* `product_saved` and `product_unsaved` - when a customer saves or removes a product
* `saved_product_back_in_stock` - when a saved product becomes available again
* `saved_product_low_stock` - when inventory drops below the configured threshold
* `saved_product_price_drop` - when the price of a saved product decreases
* `saved_items_activity` - when a customer interacts with saved items (once per session)

Each event includes the full [product event payload](https://swish.app/docs/integrations/integration-events.md#product-event-payload) with product details, variant data, pricing, and the customer's localization context.

## How to use the data

* **Trigger automation campaigns** from wishlist events - send targeted emails when saved products come back in stock or drop in price.
* **Enrich customer profiles** with wishlist data - layer saved item signals on top of purchase and browse behavior for a more complete customer view.
* **Refine segments** using wishlist engagement - identify high-intent customers who save products but haven't converted.
