# Overview

> Connect Swish with your marketing and automation platforms.

Swish integrations let you sync wishlist data with external platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Omnisend, and others. When a customer saves a product, gets a price drop, or triggers any other [integration event](https://swish.app/docs/integrations/integration-events.md), Swish sends that data to your connected platforms so you can automate email flows, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns.

## How integrations work

Swish connects to external platforms through your Shopify store:

1. A customer action or product change triggers an [integration event](https://swish.app/docs/integrations/integration-events.md) in Swish.
2. Swish sends the event payload - including product, variant, and customer data - to each connected platform.
3. The platform receives the data and executes your configured automations (email flows, audience syncing, etc.).

Integration availability depends on your subscribed plan. To enable an integration, contact the Swish team at [support@swish.app](mailto:support@swish.app) with the platform you want to connect and any required credentials (API key, authentication token, etc.). The team will configure the connection for your store.
